Andy and Joy are a little different from many of the couples we work with. This will be the second marriage for both of them, and their story is a reminder that love doesn’t follow a single timeline. When Andy first shared their story with us, it was clear how much respect and admiration he had for Joy. Joy was an attorney representing the department in a lawsuit, and Andy worked in law enforcement as the subject matter expert for the case.
